ClinMass® Applications

Immunosuppressants
Cyclosporine A, Tacrolimus, Sirolimus and Everolimus in Whole Blood – On-Line Analysis

The ClinMass® application for immunosuppressants represents a validated method for the therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of cyclosporine A, tacrolimus, sirolimus and everolimus. The sample preparation is based on a simple pre-treatment step, followed by a fully automated on-line sample analysis. The determination of the analytes is performed simultaneously with an injection interval of just 5 min. For calibration and measurement, we offer a 7 level whole blood calibrator set and two internal standards. For quality control whole blood controls in three different levels are available.
For cyclosporine A two additional levels (level IV, V) are offered.

  Fully automated on-line application
 Two internal standards
 7-Level whole blood calibrator set
Whole blood controls in five levels

Metabolic Diseases
Homocysteine in Plasma

Homocysteine is as an important risk factor for vascular diseases. Elevated levels of homocysteine particularly have been shown to be associated with an increased risk of coronary heart disease and a higher likelihood of suffering a stroke.  The ClinMass® application for homocysteine represents a validated method for the quantification of total plasma homocysteine by tandem mass spectrometry. After an easy and fast two-step sample preparation (reduction, followed by precipitation of the protein matrix), the samples are rapidly analysed by the LC-MS/MS system within an injection interval of 2 min.  For calibration and measurement, we offer a plasma calibrator and an isotope labelled internal standard. For quality control plasma controls in two different levels are available.

Simple and quick two-step sample preparation
  Injection interval: 2 min

Isotope labeled internal standard, plasma calibrator and plasma controls available
