Description
Specially purified, sterile, deionized, double distilled water. PCR Ultra Pure Water is free of detectable endotoxines (<= 0.25 EU/ml), endonucleases and ribonucleases.

Applications
PCR Grade Water is suitable for use in:

• all PCRs and RT-PCRs
• all conventional and qPCRs with any instrument
• cDNA synthesis
• sequencing / cycle sequencing

Contents & Storage
Store unopened vials at -20°C to +25 °C. Store opened vials below -18 °C.

Quality Control
All lots of this product are routinely function checked by PCR specific for eubacteria using the Onar®EUB kit.
Bacillus subtillis DNA ist used as a control. A single 467 bp PCR product was detectable on a 1.5 % agarose/TAE gel using the Gelstar® stain. 5 μl of PCR Ultra Pure Water were used for each PCR reaction.
The water is released for sales if no eubacterial DNA is detect able in samples where only the Ultra Pure Water has been used.
