CDT (Carbohydrate-Deficient Transferrin) in Serum - On-Line Analysis, Order No. 21100

 

This test is designed as a fast (injection interval: 9.5 min) and fully automated method for CDT analysis. A manual sample preparation is not required, but is performed on-line within the HPLC system. Equally to the CDT off-line kit, the test procedure closely directs to the recommendations of the IFCC-CDT-WG* for standardisation of CDT analysis.

For the transferrin detection a sensitive and cost-efficienct CDT detector is available (order no. FW3000).
