CDT (Carbohydrate-Deficient Transferrin) in Serum - Automated On-Line Analysis, Complete Kit,
Order No. 21 200

This test kit is designed as a fast on-line method for CDT analysis (injection interval: 9.5 min). Contrary to the conventional method (order no. 21000), a manual sample preparation is not required. The sample preparation is carried out through the HPLC system by column switching using a special pre-column, where the serum matrix is separated from the analytes. Prior to injection the samples simply have to be diluted and incubated (see below "sample pretreatment").

Like the CDT test kit with order no. 21000, this analytical method widely complies with the candidate reference method of the IFCC-CDT-WG*.
